Or they might suggest an adjustment or part replacement that you could make to solve the issue.

Also look for the EETC Technician Certification plaque on their wall. The EETC (The Equipment and Engine Training Council) is the industry association focused on technician certification and school accreditation.

New Defective Items Purchased From Gardner Inc.
All merchandise is warranted under coverage provided by the manufacturer of the item or the product.
You must obtain an RMA # by contacting us at returns@Gardner Inc. for all goods purchased from Gardner Inc. that meet the manufacturer's warranty conditions as new defective and that you believe should be replaced, returned or scrapped.
No credit will be issued for any new defective item unless an RMA # has been issued.
